Shipping & Delivery

  • What shipping options do you offer? We ship primarily to the United States (with select international options) using these reliable methods:

    • Express Shipping: 3-6 business days – $20 (fast, tracked delivery for when you need it quick)
    • Free Shipping (also shown as FREESHIPPING or Free Standard): 7-14 business days – $0 (no minimum on most orders – enjoy free delivery!)
    • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $10 (affordable option if free shipping doesn't apply)

    Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Estimated times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

  • Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Free Shipping (7-14 business days) is available on qualifying orders—check for the "Free Shipping" badge on product pages or at checkout. We make it easy to stay warm without extra costs.

  • How do I track my order? Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Track it on our site or via the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

  • What if my order is delayed or lost? We use trusted carriers for secure delivery. Contact us within 30 days of the estimated arrival if there's an issue—we'll resolve it promptly!

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? Hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Gloves must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition.
  • How do I return or exchange an item? Log into your account > "My Orders" > select the item > follow the return steps. For US orders, we often provide a prepaid label. Exchanges available for size issues (if in stock)—just reach out!

Orders & Payments

  • Where do you ship? Mainly within the United States; international shipping available (customs/duties may apply).
  • What payment methods do you accept? Major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more via secure Shopify Payments.
  • Are your thermal gloves touchscreen compatible? Many of our gloves feature touchscreen fingertips for easy phone use in the cold—check each product description for details. Sizes are standard; refer to our size charts for the best fit.
